In answer to your Message of this day relating to the
Allowance to his Excy for the Body of Laws for the Counties
and Provll Court We agree that six Hundred pounds of Tobo
be Allowed him for each Body.

We perceive by your Message of yesterday p Coll Young
that his Excellency not having his Lordships Particular In-
structions cannt Consent to the Adding a Clause to the Act to
Limitt the Continuance of Actions &ca whereby the Councill
may be Joyned with the Keeper of the Great Scale for the
time Being to sitt as a Court of Judicature on rehearing and
Reviews of the Decrees of the Chancery Court. But for that
It is thought to be an Aggrievance that the same pson who
before past the Decree in the Chancery Court should again sitt
as Judge alone on the Rehearings and Reviews we Desire your
Concurrence to the Adding a Clause to that Bill whereby an
Appeale may be Granted from the Chancery Court to the
Governour and Councill

putes Concerning the Boundarys of the sevll Lotts in the City
