this Sessions than for Two years past, With which we desire
your Concurrence

Sent Down p Mr Lloyd and Coll Tilghman who returns and
Says they delivered it
Resolved that the Clerk of this House have the same Fees
on Private bills made this Sessions as are Allowed by the
Lower House to their Clerk
Coll Jno Mackall with four others from the Lower House
with an Act Ascertaining the Bounds of Land within this
Province Passed by the Lower House. Being read in this
House will pass And so Endorsed & sent Down by Escf Hall
who returns and Says he Delivered it.
John Beale Esqr & Two others with a bill for settling all
Disputes Concerning the Boundary of sevll Lotts within the
City of Annapolis &c Passed by the Lower House and Being
read in this House is Endorsed as follows

This Bill being read will Pass with the following Amend-
ments viz. That the twenty lotts to be laid out be to the
Eastward of the fferry road that leads by the hill whereon the
powder house now Stands And that the Inhabitants of this
City who have already a Lott or part of a Lott be restrained
Two years from the Taking up any the said Lotts
