His Excy Informs this House that he has Instructions from
the Crown which He is Commanded by his Lpp to Obey
wherein he is Instructed not to Erect any new Court of Judi-
cature but fforasmuch as he does think highly reasonable what
they propose he will recomend it to their Lpps to Pass that Act
which he is willing to Pass Provided it be not in force till
Twelve Months or till his Lpps Pleasure shall be further known
Whereupon Resolved that the following Message be sent
to the Lower House

Gent. In Answer to the Message by Col Mackall and three
others his Excellency Acquaints this house that He has In-
structions from the Crown wch he is Comanded by their Lpps
to Obey wherein he is Instructed not to Erect any new Court
of Judicature.
But forasmuch as he thinks what your House pposes to be
highly Reasonable he will recomend it to their Lordships to
pass that Act, which he is willing to do Provided it be not in
force till Twelve Months or till his Lordships Pleasure shall
be further known And we think it necessary that the same
be represented to their Lpps from Both Houses which may be
Proper to be Done in the Remonstrance to their Lordships.
