or not this House concurrs with Limitting Aeons in the Provll
Court And high Court of Appeals to nineteen months, But
Cam^ agree to Adding the Clause therein Proposed Concern-
ing the Chancery

Present as yesterday

Resolved that the following message be sent to the Lower
House Viz.

By the uper house of Assembly
May the 8th 1718
Gent. We think it very Expedient that the Transactions of
this Sessions shou'd be set in a true light before their Lord-
ships which we propose to be done by way of Representation
to their Lordships from both Houses with which if your
House Concurrs, we Desire you'l Appoint some of your mem-
bers to be Joined with some of our House in a Conference for
the Drawing thereof, And that It may be Transmitted to their
Lordships Inclosed in a Letter to our Agent.

to by this house & Phil Lloyd Esqr & Ricd Tilghman Esqr sent
to acqt the Lower House thereof
