upon a Choice then the Major part of the Commissioners to
pceed to Determine the bounds in dispute from whose De-
termination there shall be no Appeal but to England where
the matter in Controversy amounts to the Value of three

Prince Georges County, and for the building a Court House
for the said County at the Town of Marlbrough in the said
County, And for makeing Sale of the old Court House and
Prison
Both Read and assented to by that House And being Read
are assented to by this And John Hall Esqr Sent to Acquaint
the Lower House thereof.
Mr Robert Tyler & Mr John Ward from the lower House
