Twenty Days before Application made to the Com" by setting
up notes at the Court House and Parish Church where the
Land lyes and as to the 4th Article we Agree that Notice shall
be given on the day of Complaint to all Persons of the meeting
of the Comrs to be publisht at the Court House and Parish
Church where the Land lyes to the fifth Article we Agree that
the CompP and Deft may mutually make Choice of three
Comrs to Determine the Bounds of their Land which Choice &
Determination shall be Conclusive without any Review But if
they Cant agree on their Choice that the Commrs shall proceed
to Ascertain the Bounds from which Judgment an Appeale
is Allowed to Commrs to be Appointed by the Governour who
are Residents in the County and are to be standing Commrs

to hear all Appeals in such County they belong to. As to the
Seventh Article we Agree that Two Years time be allowed to
Absent p sons. As to the Tenth Article we agree to Allow
three months time from the End of this Sessions to those
who have lost the Benefitt of their Review on the Act now
in force and have Petitioned this Generall Assembly for
Relief to be Determined in the same manner as that Act
Directs and desire your Excy and Honours Concurrence with
the Amendments in the Report of the Conferrences and this
Message Mentioned.

And being Read is Assented to by this house, And Colo
Addison sent to Acquaint the Lower House thereof
Mess" Robert Tyler & Alexr Wharfield with the following
Bill Passed by the lower house Viz.
A Bill Supplying Defects in the Conveyance of Land from
Gary Burridge & Cole to Pere: Browne.
