following Message being Prepared is sent to the lower house
Viz.
By the Uper house of Assembly.
Gent. May the 2d 1718
Whereas by a Certain Act of Assembly for Ascertaining

the bounds of Land within this Province It is Enacted that all
Persons who find themselves Aggrieved by the Sentence of
any Commrs of and Concerning the bounds of their lands may
by Application to his Excy the Governour of this Province
Obtain a Com0 of review to Inquire into and Examine again
the Bounds of such land on which the Commrs have Deter-
mined so as afd Provided that such Comission be Obtained and
Executed within three Months from the time of such Sentence
or Judgment as afd now Mr Danl Dullany in pursuance to the
Directions of the said Act hath Obtained a Como of Review
to Examine the Judgment Sentence or Decree of the Land
Commrs of Prince George's County upon a Survey lately
made of and Concerning the Bounds of a Certain Tract of
Land called and comonly known by the name of Piscattaway
Manner, But so it is that three months so Limitted and Al-
lowed as afd since the Sentence of the Comrs afd will expire on
the tenth day of this Present Month of May, And forasmuch
as the Assembly now sitting Two Members of this House and
Others of this House thought necessary to be at the said
Review Cannot well be spared at this Time in Order to do
Justice in the Case afd it is proposed that a short Bill be
prepared in Your House to allow such Longer time as shall be
thought Convenient for the Execution of the Commission of
Review afd

On Reading the Report of the Conferrees appointed to
Inspect the Law for ascertaining the Bounds of Land &c.
we agree that the Act shall be amended according to the first,
third, seventh, eighth & ninth Articles of that Report And
as to the second Article we have Agreed that the party who is
Desirous to Complain shall Publish his Intentions so to do
