And Sent to the Upper house by Mr Jas Lloyd and Mr Wm
Turbutt, Who are desired to Acquaint his Excy that nothing
remains Unfinished before this house of the publick Busness.
They return & say they Delivered the Bill & Message.
Colo Coursey and Coll Tilghman from the upper House ac-
quainted Mr Speaker that his Excy Comands him and the
whole house to attend him imediately in the Councill Chamber
and withdrew.
Then Mr Speaker with the rest of the House went to the
Upper House to attend his Excy Where his Excy was pleased
to Enact the Severall Engrosed Bills following, being Sever-
ally thus endorst viz:

Baltemore County Courts.
2. An engrost Bill for Quieting Differences between the
English and Indians of what Places soever.
3. An engrost Bill for the Punishment of such as shall
Counterfeit his Lpps Scales &ca
4. An Engrost Bill for building a Court House for Cecill
County
5. An Engrost Bill laying an Addiconall Duty of 20s Cur-
rant mony p poll on Irish Papists and negroes &c.
6. An engrost Supplementary Bill to the Act relating to
Servants and Slaves.
7 An Engrost Bill Ascertaining the Gauge and Tare of
Tobacco hhds &ca
8 An engrost Bill for regulating Ordinaries.
9. An Engrost Bill for the Publication of Marriages.
