Gentlem Two Acts of Parliament of great Brittain being
directed by the Right Honble the Lords of Trade & Planta-
tions in their Letter of the 26th of October 1711 to be duly
published within this Province That Command has been
obeyed by the Honble President's Proclamation thereof, And
the said Acts are herewith transmitted to your House.

This House humbly desire a Conference with some of the
members of her Majesty's honourable Council relating to her
Majesty's Order for repealing the Act for Appeals and regu-
lating Writts of Error that some Care may be taken to pre-
vent the ill Consequence that may happen by the want of such
an Act

And two Bills Viz
A Supplementary Bill to the Act relating to Constables &
ascertaining who shall be taxables
And the Bill reviving the Act for Encouragement of Tillage
& relief of poor Debtors
The said Bills read at the Board the first Time and En-
dorsed — Will pass with the Amendments thereto and sent to
the House by Captt Dorsey
