By the House of Delegates
Novemr 3d 1712

This House have appointed Mr Hoskins Mr Tyler Mr John
Macall Mr Worthington Mr Wells Mr Ward Mr Leech and
Mr Woolford members of this House to joyn with her Maj-
esty's Council in the Conference desired and if the Honble
Council please to meet at Mr Dodds to morrow at twelve of
the Clock at noon

Upon reading whereof ordered that the Honble John Hall
Esq Col Thos Addison Phil Lloyd Esqr
and Col Richard
Tilghman meet the afd members appointed by the House upon
the afd Conference at the Time and place appointed
The Baltimore County petitions read and recommended to
the Consideration of the House of Delegates in order to
quiet the People And sent to the House by Col Greenberry
and Mr Tilghman
The Board adjourned to nine to morrow morning

The Honble John Hall Esqr Col Thos Addison Phil Lloyd
Esqr & Col Richard Tilghman are appointed by us to confer
with the Conferees from your House on the Subject matter
desired at the Time & place appointed and are now ready to
Join with your members on that Conference

M" James Lloyd & six others bring from the House Viz.

November the 4th 1712

This House have considered the Endorsement of the
honourable Council on the Bill reviving the Act for relieving
some Grievances and never expected your Honours would
have returned the same with such an Endorsment Considering
the little time we desire this Act to continue. If that Act at
first was passed contrary to her Majesty's royal Instructions
