88 Assembly Proceedings, Oct. 28-Nov. 15, 1712.

Practitioners of Law in the Courts of this Province and for
levying of the same by way of Execution
And a Bill for confirming unto Francis Sherwood and his
Heirs an Estate in Fee Simple of in & unto certain Lands
devised him by his Father

Which said five Bills were Severally Endorsed Read the
first & second Times by especial order & will pass
It falling under the Consideration of this Board that since
the late order in Council relating to Baltimore County Court
& the Election there the old Court House was burnt & whereas
the County Court is to be held on Tuesday next & a Writ of

Election is now issued to Elect four Delegates for the said
County Advised & Ordered that the County Court for the
sd County be held in the next adjacent convenient House in
the same neck where the old Court House Stood until the
Board or the Genl Assembly shall direct where a New Court
House for the sd County shall be Settled & that the Election
of Delegates now to be made be at the Place where the old
Court House was

The Board adjourned until eight of the Clock on Monday
morning

November 3d 1712

In answer to your Message by Major Hammond & three
others of your House desiring us to communicate to you the
Reasons laid before her Majesty for repealing the Act for
Appeals and regulating Writts of Error, We herewith send
you her Majesty's order in Council for repealing that Law by
which you will observe the Reasons inducing thereto
