Council and the Bill for reviving the Act for Limitation of
Officers ffees sent to the Honble Council by Colo Lowe, Mr
Worthington, Mr William Wilkinson, Mr Crabb, Mr Lee, Mr
Tyler, Mr Hammond and Mr Mariartee.
They return and say they delivered the Message and Bill
John Clement's Petition again read in the House and Mr
William Taylard heard against the same Resolved Leave be
given to the Petitioner to bring in a Bill as prayed, with a
saving the Right of the Heir of William Ford

Ordered the Committee of Accounts allow Mr William
Taylard two thousand Pounds of Tobacco in full of all Services
done for the Publick in the year 1709
The Honble Colo Ennalls and Colo Addison from the Coun-
cil enter the House and deliver Mr Speaker Bill confirming
Land to Major Hawkins and Henry Wright Indorsed

October 31st 1711.

On Perusal of your Message by Mr Worthington and others
we find the Public has usually allowed for the Seals of all
Laws as well private as publick and are not willing to engage
the Honble Gentleman who now keeps that Seal in any Thing
he may happen to become accountable to his Successor for
Signed by Order W Bladen Cl. Council.

Bill impowering Thomas Edmondson to sell Land Read
with the Amendment and will pass
Bill impowering Comrs to lay out Lands for the Nanticoke
Indians Read again with the Amendments and will pass
