This Board concur with the House and Order That the
Justices of Prince George's County do not further continue
the Ferry at Mount Calvert at the County Charge

By the House of Delegates
October 31^st 1711.

Ordered That the Justices of Prince George's County Court
do not presume to levy any Tob^o on the County for keeping
the fferry at Mount Calvert and that M^r Stoddart, M^r Tanyhill
Doctor Claudius and M^r Clagett, four Justices that caused the
fferry to be kept contrary to the Order of this House pay to
the Clerk of this House £ 500 Tob^o for all flees due to him
upon Occasion of the Petition.
