second Time by special Order and will pass
The four Bills sent up to the Council by Capt. West, Mr
Pearce Mr Colegate and Mr Wright
The Petition of the Inhabitants of Prince George's County
about the Ferry at Mount Calvert brought into the House
indorsed
By the Presidt & Council
October 26th 1711

This Board concur with the House and Order That the
Justices of Prince George's County do not further continue
the Ferry at Mount Calvert at the County Charge
Signed p Order W Bladen CI. Co.

Which Petition being again read Ordered it be indorsed

By the House of Delegates
October 31st 1711.

Ordered That the Justices of Prince George's County Court
do not presume to levy any Tobo on the County for keeping
the fferry at Mount Calvert and that Mr Stoddart, Mr Tanyhill
Doctor Claudius and Mr Clagett, four Justices that caused the
fferry to be kept contrary to the Order of this House pay to
the Clerk of this House £ 500 Tobo for all flees due to him
upon Occasion of the Petition.

Sent up to the Council by Mr Tyler for their Concurrence.
He returns and says he delivered the same.
Committee of Accounts enter the House and deliver Mr
Speaker their Journal: Which was read and assented to by
the House and Ordered Mr Philips and Mr Bordley carry the
same up to the Honble Council for their Concurrence.
They return and say they delivered the Journal.
The Honble Samuel Young Esq. and Colo Greenberry enter
the House and deliver Mr Speaker Bill relating to Officers
ffees Indorsed
By the Council in Assembly
October 31st 1711

Read in Council the first and second Times and by special

Order will pass.
