Read what was done on Saturday

John Hawkins and Henry Wright's Pet0 with Capt West
and Mr Worthington's Report thereon Read and Leave given
to bring in a Bill as prayed

The Message brought into the House on Saturday by
Samuel Young and John Dorsey Esqrs Read and debated and
they Nemine contradicente Resolve That they see no Reason
to recede from their former Resolve of paying but for two

Seals to the Copies of the Laws that are sent to Great Britain
Resolved also That the Public ought not to pay for the Seals
of any private Acts, but the Persons in whose Favours such
Acts pass ought to pay for the Sealing thereof
The Referrence relating to Baltimore County Court House
being read and debated it's Resolved it be referred for further
Consideration to Morrow Morn. And Mr Richard Colegate
then to report to this House at what Place the Petitioners
desire the Court House to be built
Committee appointed to agree with some Person to make
a Fence to secure the Town and Country Pasture &ta Report
to the House That they had agreed with Mr Thomas Docwra
to do the same which he had performed. Ordered the Com-
mittee of Accounts allow Mr Docwra six thousand Pounds of
Tobacco for the publick Part of making the said Fence
The House proceeds to consider the Message brought into
the House on Saturday relating to the building a Magazine in
every County and being debated, Put to the Question whether
such Houses be necessary or convenient to be built or not?
Carryed by Majority of Votes in the Negative. And Resolved
That this House will the next Session of Assembly consider
of Some Method to preserve the Arms and Ammunition
Bill ascertaining the Gauge of Tobacco Hogsheads and to
prevent cropping and defacing Tobacco on Board of Ships
Read the first and second Times by especial Order Put to the
Question whether this Act continue till the tenth of December
Anno 1714 or to the 10th Xber 1715.
Carryed by Majority of Votes till the 10th Xber Anno 1715
and Resolved the Bill pass &ta
Bill for Relief of John Stoaks Read the first and second
Times and will pass
Bill to confirm Land to Colo Holland Mr Chew and Mr
Harrison Read the first and second Times and by especial
Order will pass
Bill impowering Commissioners to lay out Land for the
Nanticoke Indians Read the first and second Times by especial
Order and will pass
