Bill impowering Thomas Edmonson to sell Land &ta Read
the first and second Times by especial Order and will pass
Bill for Relief of Robert Roberts of Queen Ann's County
Read the first and second Times by special Order and will
pass.
The foregoing Bills sent up to the Honble Council by
Colo Lowe, Capt. West, Mr Paca and Mr Whittington. They
return and say they delivered the Bills.

Bill to confirm a Deed or Release from Susannah Tracy to
Mr James Heath Read the first Time and Ordered a second
Reading to Morrow Morning
The House adjourned till to Morrow Morning Nine O'Clock

Thursday the 30th Day of October 1711

The House met according to Adjournment, Being called
over were present as Yesterday.
Mr Robert Skinner enters the House
Read what was done Yesterday.
Bill for reviving the Act for Officers ffees Read the first
Time and committed for Amendments

Bill confirming Tracey's Deed to Mr Heath Read the Second
Time and will pass.
Bill confirming Land to Major Hawkins and Henry Wright
Read the first and second Time by special Order and will pass
Petition of Mr Richard Bennett Read and Leave given to
bring in a Bill as prayed
Resolved a Message be prepared as follows Viz.

By the House of Delegates
October 30th 1711

This House have considered and debated the Message &
Instructions relating to the Sealing the Copies of the Laws
sent to Great Britain and cannot see any Reason to induce
them to recede from their former Resolve of paying but for
two Seals every Session and that only for the publick Acts
And as for Seals to the private Acts have resolved the Public
ought not to pay for any Seals but the Person in whose
Favour such private Acts pass ought to pay the same. We
have likewise considered and debated the Message relating
to building Houses for Magazines in every County and have
Resolved upon the Question put that such Houses are not
necessary or convenient to be built but that they will the next
