that his Excy the Gov. commands this House immediately to
attend him in the Council Chamber.
The House accordingly adjourns to the Council Chamber.
Then the House met again and Mr Speaker reported to the
House that his Excy the Gov. was pleased to direct that this
House should wave doing any other Business but laying the
Levy this Sessions in Regard that he had seen some Prints
giving an Account of the Queen's Death.
The following Message was prepared and sent to the
Council and ordered to be entered as follows Viz.

October the 8th 1714
May it please your Honours,
His Excy having directed us to wave all other Business this
Sessions but laying the publick Levy by Reason of the doleful
news of the Death of her Sacred Majesty Queen Ann our
late Sovereign, desire your Honours to put in your Claims
that the publick Accounts may be stated, it being ordered
that no Claims be received after ten of the Clock to Morrow
