Discharge from their Debts and Imprisonm^t as in their
Petitions prayed and the Committee of Laws is to prepare
the same.

Then his Excys Speech was read and Instructions given to
the Committee of Laws to prepare an Answer thereto which
they are to bring in with all convenient Speed.
M^r William Whittington Jun^r a Member for Somerset
County appeared this Day in the House.
Col^o Mackall from the Committee of Elections and Privileges
enters the House and makes the following Report Viz.

We find M^r James Maxwell upon due Examination to be
duly elected a member for Baltimore County according to Law
