Discharge from their Debts and Imprisonmt as in their
Petitions prayed and the Committee of Laws is to prepare
the same.
Then his Excys Speech was read and Instructions given to
the Committee of Laws to prepare an Answer thereto which
they are to bring in with all convenient Speed.
