there be any either in the Matter or Stile of them which may
be retrenched or altered you are to represent the same unto
us with your Opinion touching the said Laws now in Force
whereof you are to send a compleat Body unto us and to our
Commissioners for Trade and Plantations with such Alterations
as you shall think requisite to the End our Approbation or
Disallowance may be Signified thereupon. The above is a
true Copy

Gent.
We send you herewith a Copy of one of her most sacred
Majesty's Royal Instructions to her present Governor of this
her Province wherein She is pleased to direct that all the
Laws thereof should be revised and a compleat Body sent
unto her Majesty and the Commissioners of Trade and desire
you will give your Directions to that Purpose to the Com-
mittee of Laws

Then was read the Petition of the Vestry of King and
Queen's Parish in Saint Mary's County referred to the Con-
sideration of this Day and it is further referred to be con-
sidered of till Monday next and the Petitioners or Agents are
to give Notice to Mr Cay Incumbent of Wm and Mary's Parish
in Charles County to attend this House then to make his
Objections if he has any against granting the Prayer of the
Petition.
The Petition of Ezekiel Parr Prisoner in Cecil County Goal
for Debt
The Petition of Peter Serval Prisoner in Calvert County
Goal for Debt being read and the Question put whether
Leave shall be given to bring in a Bill as prayed. Resolved
That Leave be given to bring in a Bill for their Relief and
