I make it my Request that you may express yourselves in such
a manner as will rather evidence the Clearness of your Judg-

Ordered that Colo Ward, Mr Worthington, Colo Mackall,
Mr Garrett, Mr Robins, Mr Loockerman, Capt. Colegate and
Mr Stoddart sit this Sessions as a Committee of Laws and
are to prepare an answer to his Excys Speech according to
the Instructions to be given and agreed on by the House.
Ordered that Colo Mackall, Capt. Jowles, Capt. Codd and
Capt. Ennalls be a Committee of Elections and Privileges
this Sessions.
Ordered That Mr Tyler, Mr John Whittington, Capt.
Mariarte and Capt Trippe be and set as a Committee of
Aggrievances. For the Committee of Accounts Mr Joseph
Hill, Capt. Scott, Capt. Greenfield and Mr Thomas Brooke
Junr are appointed.
Ordered That Mr John Rousby, Major Sprigg, Capt. Scott,
and Major Hawkins in the Name of this House return Thanks
to Mr Henry Hall for the good Sermon he preached this Day
before his Excy and the Members of this House in Saint
Ann's Church.

On a Motion that Mrs Mary Smithson Executrix of the last
Will and Testament of Thomas Smithson Esqr deced late
Treasurer of the Eastern Shore of this Province be called to
an Account for what Money the said Thomas Smithson
received for the publick Stock of this Province in his Life
time and unaccounted for, It is Ordered That Robert Ungle
Esqr present Treasurer of the Eastern Shore state and settle
the Accounts of the Publick Stock received and unaccounted
for by the said Thos Smithson with her and secure the Pay-
ment of the Balance that he shall on such Stating find due to
the Public in such manner and by such means as to him shall
seem most proper Mr Edward Stevenson a Member for
Baltimore County appeared this Day in the House. Mr Henry
Trippe a Member for Dorchester County appeared this Day
in the House, Mr Robert Tyler a Member for Prince George's
County appeared this Day in the House Colo Young and
Colo Addison from the Honble Council enter the House and
deliver Mr Speaker the following Viz.
A Copy of one of her Majesty's Instructions.
Article 22d And that it may be the better understood what
Acts and Laws are in Force in our said Province of Maryland,
you are with the Assistance of our Council there to take Care
that all Laws now in Force be revived and considered and if
