And as to the Fines & Forfeitures Ordered that her
Majesty's Receivers lay before this Board their Accompts of
the Fines & Forfeitures by them received, And Ordered the
following Message be sent to the Delegates
By his Excellency the Governeur & Council in Assembly
October the 7th 1714
In answer to your Message by Mr James Macall and five
others His Excell is pleased to say that her Majesty's Re-
ceivers have given in to him their Accompts of the Duty of
3d p Hhd for purchasing Arms which are herewith sent you
And as to the Fines & Forfeitures the said Receivers are
ordered to lay before this Board the Accompts of all Fines
and Forfeitures by them received of which you shall have the
Perusal
