sented to by the House of Delegates and ordered to be in-
dorsed thus Viz.

Which said Bill together with the Bill for relieving the In-
habitants of this Province from some Aggrievances in the
Prosecution of Suits at Law were sent up to the Honble
Council by Mr Garrett and Mr Hill
They return and say they delivered the same
Ordered That the Clerk of this House immediately write to
the several Naval Officers of this Province to acquaint them
of the Act made this Sessions of Assembly for laying an Im-
position of 3d Sterl. p Hhd. for defraying the publick Charge
of this Province.
Colo Thomas Greenfield from the Honble Council enters
the House and delivers Mr Speaker the ingrossed Bill for
reviving a certain Act of Assembly Entituled an Act for Limi-
tation of Officers Fees and for supplying some Defects therein
and also reviving another Act of Assembly of this Province
Entituled an Act explaining some doubtful Expressions in the
Act for Limitation of Officers Fees with the following Indors-
ment Viz.
