And sent up with the Journal of the Comm, of Accounts to
the Council by Capt. Greenfield and Capt. Mariarte.
They return and say they delivered the same.
Colo William Holland, Colo Samuel Young and Colo Richard
Tilghman from the Honble Council enter the House and de-
liver Mr Speaker the Report from the Conferees indorsed as
foll. Viz.

3d July 1714
Read in Council and this Board does agree with the Dele-
gates and approve of the within Report.

They also acquaint Mr Speaker that his Excy requires (as
having past the previous Requisites of the Council in Assem-
bly and House of Delegates) the ingrossed Bill for laying an
Imposition of 3d p Hhd. on Tobacco for defraying the Charge
of the Province. Which was accordingly delivered them.
John Dorsey Esqr from the Honble Council enters the
House and delivers Mr Speaker the foll. Message Viz.

July 3d 1714
Gent.

Your Message with the Report of the Committee of Ag-
grievances being read at the Board the Consideration thereof
is referred to the next Sessions of Assembly.

Colo Wm Coursey and Colo Thomas Addison from the

Honble the Council enter the House and deliver Mr Speaker
the following Viz.

His Excy and this Board do approve your Choice of Robt
Ungle Esqr to be publick Treasurer of the Eastern Shore in
the Room of Colo Thomas Smithson deced the said Robert
Ungle giving good Security for the Discharge of his Trust

Mr Samuel Worthington from the Committee of Laws de-
livers Mr Speaker an ingrossed Bill with the Amendments
proposed by the Conferees Entituled a Bill reviving a certain
Act of Assembly of this Province Entituled an Act for Limi-
