And then delivered Mr Speaker the Bill for reinvesting
Mary and Ann Seward Daughters and Co-Heirs of William
Seward late of Dorchester County deced Son and Heir of
George Seward formerly in the said County in a certain Tract
of Land in Dorchester called Sectar with the following In-
dorsement Viz.
By the Council in Assembly
July 3d 1714.
This Bill is referred to the Consideration of the next Session
of Assembly this Board not having Leisure at this Time to
consider thereof

Thereupon it is Ordered That the said Bill be referred to
the Consideration of the next Assembly.

Mr Robert Tyler from the Conference delivers Mr Speaker
the following Report Viz.
At a Conference held at the House of John Dodd the 3d
Day of July 1714 to confer and consider what Fee shall be
allowed the Sval Attorneys practising in the several County
Courts of this Province in the Actions that exceed ten Pounds
Sterling or two thousand Pounds of Tobacco.
