Read the third Time and past for ingrossing.
Tho. Macnemara Cl. Ho. Del.

And then delivered Mr Speaker the Bill for reinvesting
Mary and Ann Seward Daughters and Co-Heirs of William
Seward late of Dorchester County deced Son and Heir of
George Seward formerly in the said County in a certain Tract
of Land in Dorchester called Sectar with the following In-
dorsement Viz.

By the Council in Assembly
July 3d 1714.

This Bill is referred to the Consideration of the next Session
of Assembly this Board not having Leisure at this Time to
consider thereof
Signed p Order. W. Bladen Cl. Conl.

Thereupon it is Ordered That the said Bill be referred to
the Consideration of the next Assembly.
The House adjourns to One O'Clock in the Afternoon

Saturday Afternoon

Then the House met again according to Adjournment.
Present as in the Morning.
Mr Robert Tyler from the Conference delivers Mr Speaker
the following Report Viz.

At a Conference held at the House of John Dodd the 3d
Day of July 1714 to confer and consider what Fee shall be
allowed the Sval Attorneys practising in the several County
Courts of this Province in the Actions that exceed ten Pounds
Sterling or two thousand Pounds of Tobacco.

William Holland Colo Samuel Young and Colo Richard Tilgh-
man.
Of the House of Delegates, Mr Robert Tyler Colo Philip
Hoskins Mr Daniel Mariarte Mr Thomas Trueman Greenfield
Mr Roger Woolford and Capt. Richard Colegate. Who make
Choice of Colo William Holland for their Chairman and Ed-
mund Benson for their Clerk and then proceeded to debate
the Matter given them in Charge which being fully debated
and considered We humbly Report our Opinion as foll. Viz.
That all Attorneys practising in the several County Courts
of this Province shall have for their Fee in any Cause where
