The aforegoing Message and Rep^t are sent up to his Excy
the Gov^r and Council in Assembly together with the Bill
reviving an Act of Assembly of this Province for Limitation
of Officers Fees and for supplying some Defects therein and
also reviving another Act of Assembly of this Province Enti-
tuled an Act explaining some doubtful Expressions in the Act
for Limitation of Officers Fees by Col^o Ward, Major Wool-
ford, Capt Mariarte and Major Stoddart.
They return and say they delivered the same.

This House being desirous to keep a good Correspondence
with your Honours and to end this Session with the like good
Temper it was opened pray your Hon^rs to appoint some
Members of your Honble Board to join in a Conference with
some Members of this House about inserting the Clause
relating to Attorneys Fees where the Demand exceeds ten
Pounds or two thousand Pounds of Tobacco in the Bill for
relieving the Inhabitants of this Province from some Aggriev-
ances in the psecution of Suits at Law.
