We are concerned that your Honours do insist so much for
inserting a Clause relating to Attorneys Fees in the Bill for
relieving the Inhabitants of this Province from some Aggriev-
ances in the Prosecution of Suits at Law since it passed your
Board with some Amendments as your Honours may see by
your Journal of the 30th June wherein you never mentioned
the said Clause. This House is desirous to avoid Multiplicity
of Messages as tending very much to the Delay of Business
and therefore desire your Honours to assent to the said Bill
being now before your Board
Signed p Order Tho. Macnemara Cl. Ho. Del.
They return and say they delivered the same.

of the Time will not admit of effecting what we desire and
being assured your Excellency is willing to bring this Sessions
to a speedy Conclusion by Reason of the unseasonable Time
of the Year and of our pressing Occasions to return to our
Habitations have referred the further Consideration thereof
till the next Sessions of Assembly and then hope to do therein
what will be to your Excys Satisfaction and pray your Excys
Concurrence thereto.
