the House and delivers Mr Speaker the following Message

By the Honble her Majesty's Council in Assembly
July 2d 1714
This Board did yesterday upon the Petition of Mr Thomas
Macnemara on Behalf of himself and other Gentlemen practis-
ing the Law in this Province recommend to your House in
Favour of the Pet. and the other Gentlemen of that Profession
that a former Clause in the Act for relieving the Inhabitants
of this Province from some Aggrievances in the Prosecution
of Suits at Law relating to Attorneys Fees in the County
Courts should be again inserted in the present Bill proposed
and are concerned to find your House have not taken any
Notice of that Recommendation which we think proper to be
inserted

A Bill for reinvesting Mary and Ann Seward Daughters
and Co-Heirs of William Seward late of Dorchester County
deceased Son and Heir of George Seward formerly of the
said County in a certain Tract of Land in Dorchester County
called Sectar was read the first and second Time by especial
Order and ordered to be thus indorsed Viz.
By the House of Delegates
2d July 1714
Read the first and second Time by especial Order and will
pass.
