Ordered That John Rousby Esqr retain in his Hands, to
make him full Satisfaction for the Goods he sent for to Great
Britain in 1712 for the Publick and for his Trouble and
Charges he was at about the same the Sum of £50 out of the
publick Stock this present year.

A Bill permitting the Inhabitants of this Province to sue out
Writs when Pits. & appear and give Judgmt wn Defts. in the
sevl Courts thereof in their own proper Psoiis.

Mr Samuel Worthington from the Committee of Laws brings
in a Bill for relieving the Inhabitants of this Province from
some Aggrievances in Prosecution of Suits at Law. Read
the first and 2nd Time by especial Order and ordered to be
thus endorsed Viz.
