Then also appeared for Cecil County Mr William Darmutt
Matt Vanderheyden. For Dorchester County Major Roger
Woolford and Capt. Ennalls Mr Covert Loockerman. For
Somerset County Mr Samuel Worthington. For Baltimore
County Colo Thomas Hammond.

Colo John Mackall, Capt. Ennalls, Capt. Jowles, and Capt.
St. Leger Codd are appointed a Committee for Elections and
Privileges.

Colo Matthew Tilghman Ward, Mr Samuel Worthington,
Colo John Mackall, Mr Amos Garrett, Mr Govert Loockerman,
and Mr Thomas Robins are appointed a Committee of Laws ;
to which is added Capt. Richard Colegate.

Mr Robert Tyler, Mr John Whittington, Capt. Henry Trippe
and Capt. Daniel Mariartee are appointed a Committee of
Aggrievances.

Mr Joseph Hill, Mr Edward Scott, Mr Thomas Brooke Jun.
and Capt. Thomas Trueman Greenfield are appointed a Com-
mittee of Accounts.

The Committee of Elections and Privileges enter the House
and make the following Report &ca

By the Committee of Elections and Privileges
June 23, 1714

We find upon the due Examination of the Writ of Election
sent to Prince George's County and the Indenture thereon
returned, the within named Mr James Stoddart to be duly
elected according to Law.
Signed p Order John Beale Cl. Com.

Ordered That the Committee of Laws prepare an Address
to his Excellency and bring in the same this Afternoon.

Resolved, Nemine contradicente, That this House wait this
Day in the Forenoon on his Excellency and the Honble the
Council to Saint Ann's Church to hear Divine Service implor-
ing God's Blessing on the Debates and Councils of this
Assembly.

The House adjourns till two O'Clock in the Afternoon

Then the House met again according to Adjournment
present as in the Morning

Ordered That Mr Vanderheyden and Major Sprigg go up
to his Excellency the Governor & Honble Council with Mr
James Stoddart and Mr Wm Dare two Delegates returned to
