decently to Support as well Judicial as ministerial Officers,
therefore pray the Bill may pass
Signed p order Tho' Macnemara Cl Lo Ho.
Which Bill with the Endorsment thereon being read and
Considered and the Several Fees Examined This Board can-
not think they are any ways Exorbitant considering the little
Advantage the several Officers for many years have, and are
still like to make of their Tobaccos.
Wherefore It was put to the Question whither this Board
will recede from their former opinion on this Bill communi-
cated to the Delegates or not
And Resolved that this Board do not think fit to recede
therefrom, But recommend that the former Law for limitation
of Officers' Fees with the explanatory Act thereto be revived
The said Bill being so Endorsed was sent to the Delegates
by Col Coursey Col Young & Capt Dorsey
On Consideration of Peter Sewell of Calvert County's
Petition Mr Charles Carrol being called before the Board to
know if he had any thing to offer why the Petitioner having
lain three years in the County Coale should not be relieved
by this Assembly
