The Council Sate Present as in the morning
And the message resolved by this Board to be sent to the
House on Monday last being again read and approved was
sent to the Delegates by Col Holland & Col Greenfield.
Mr Tyler and seven more brought up a Bill reconciling
Differences in relation to the Bounds of Land within this
Province and for settling the Bounds thereof, Endorsed
By the House of Delegates
Read the first & second time by especial Order and will pass
The said Bill being read at the Board His Excellency and
her Majesty's honble Council are of Opinion that the matters
in the Bill contained are of the utmost moment The property
of all her Majesty's Subjects being concerned therein & worthy
the most mature Consideration of the General Assembly
Which we do not believe the present time will admitt of, And
therefore do think fitt to refer the further Consideration of this
Bill to the next Session of Assembly
The said Bill being so Endorsed was sent to the House of
Delegates by Col Addison Mr Philemon Lloyd Capt Dorsey
and Col Tilghman.
Mr Tyler and five more brought up the Bill for Limitation
of Officers' Fees, Endorsed
