Resolved That the several Acts following be reenacted.
The Act relating to the Militia
The Act to prevent the ill Practice of Sheriffs
The Act relating to Runaways
The Act for Pacquett's Naturalization
The Act for Tobias and John Pollard — Which said Acts
were disallowed of by her Majesty.

Resolved the Consideration of the Act for Officers Fees be
referred till to Morrow Morning
The Petition of several poor Debtors praying an Act to
confirm their Discharges made pursuant to the Act for Relief
of poor Debtors &ta Read and referred for further Consid-
eration to Morrow Morning
The Petition of Thos Hollingsworth and Catharine Wells
praying Leave to bring in a Bill to supply some Defects in the
last Will of Zorobabel Wells late of Talbot County Read and
Colo Richard Tilghman examined relating thereto and Re-
solved That Leave be given to bring in a Bill next Session
unless the Heir at Law having due Notice shall make any
Objection thereto.
The House adjourns till to Morrow Morning 9 O'Clock

The House met again according to Adjournment
Being called over were all present as Yesterday.
Read what was done Yesterday

The House according to the Order of Yesterday proceed
to debate the Act for Officers ffees

Resolved a Message be sent to the Honble Council to desire
a Conferrence relating to the reenacting several Acts and
particularly revising the Act for Limitation of Officers ffees
Mr Wornell Hunt and Major Gale, according to Order report
to the House the Answer to the Honble President's Speech
which being read and approved was ordered to be entered as
followeth.

To the Honble the President of her Majesty's Council

We the Delegates and Representatives at this Time assem-
bled do with all Humility return your Honours our hearty
Thanks for your affectionate Speech to us at the Opening of
this Session and that free and candid Communication to this
