The Season of the year being far advanced and almost half
the Members of this House being sick in Town or gone Home
we desire your Honours to expedite the Bill for assessing the
publick Levy and appoint when some of the Members of this
House may wait on your Honours to see the Laws sealed that
this Session may be closed without further Charge to the
Country

Colo Addison from the Council delivers Mr Speaker the
following Message Viz.
By the President and Council in Assembly
Nov. 13th 1713.
We do not know any Room in the Court House proper to
lodge the publick Arms &ta in and tho' for the present accord-
ing to your Desire they may be put in the Assembly or
Chancery Offices yet we think it most fit that a small House
be built on the publick Ground and at the publick Charge on
Purpose to lodge and secure the said Arms in &ca and wish
you once more to consider whether it may not be fit to have
small Houses built near the several County Court Houses for
the better securing of the Arms belonging to the several
Counties
