you will be found to be those who have neglected the true
Interest of it and involve us in such Misfortunes This we
must needs assert and cannot but leave it on our Journal that
it may plainly appear whether you or we have the truest Sense
of and Regard to her Majesty's Honour and the Interest of
the Province we in demanding or you in refusing so usual
reasonable and necessary a Conferrence which we cannot but
yet expect from you.

In Condescention to your Hons Message this Morning by
Colo Holland and three more of your Honble Board we have
maturely considered of the Conferrence demanded and ap-
pointed the Members herewith sent to join in Conferrence
with such of the Members of your Board as you shall think
fit to appt to confer on the subject Matter We desire they
may meet thereon immediately at such Place as your Honours
will appoint.

others we have appointed the Honble Colo Holland, Samuel
Young Esqr Colo Thomas Addison, Philemon Lloyd Esqr and
Colo Richard Tilghman to join with the Members of the
House of Delegates on the Conferrence this Day agreed to
and to meet immediately at Mr Dodds.
