In Answer to your Message by Col^o Holland and four more
of your Honble Board we once more debated and put it to
the Vote of this House whether they would consent to the
Conferrence demanded by your Hon" and carried in the
Negative We are sorry your Honours should insist thus long
on this Subject at a Time especially when so many of the
Members of this House are gone Home sick We never had
any Intentions to diminish the Honour and Reputation of
your Board and cannot now recede from the Resolution of
addressing her Majesty
