Upon reading the aforesaid Report it's ordered the Con-
sideration thereof be referred till next Session of Assembly
and desire the Honble President and Council's Concurrence
thereto. And the following Message ordered to be sent Viz.

By the House of Delegates
Novr 12th 1713

We herewith send your Honours the Report of the Com-
mittee appointed to inspect the Records. We are willing the
Consideration thereof be referred till next Session of Assem-
bly and desire your Honours Concurrence thereto

Read and assented to by the House of Delegates and
Signed p Order Evan Jones D. Cl. Ho. Del.

Sent to the Council by Mr Mariartee, who returns and says
he delivered the Bill.

Colo Holland, Colo Greenfield, Colo Addison, Colo Tilgh-
man, and John Hall, Esq. from the Council deliver Mr
Speaker the following Message Viz.

By the Honble President and Council in Assembly
Nov 12th 1713

Gentl. We have received your Message of this Day by
Colo Hoskins and three others and cannot but once more
express our Sentiments to you that since you have denied the
Conferrence proposed in Order to inforce her Majesty's Royal
Commands to this Province laid before you at the Beginning
of this Session we must conclude that some of your House are
possessed with a mistaken Zeal of the Interest of your Coun-
try which seems to have a great Influence on and mislead
others wherefore we once more demand a Conferrence with
the Members of your House upon the aforesaid subject Matter
which if you shall contrary to the Course and Practice of Par-
liaments refuse us we shall be obliged to assert the Honour
and Reputation of this Board by such proper Measures as we
shall think most advisable
