Assistant to the Clerk of the Council and Business has not
met with much Dispatch this Session we hope that Omission
does not detain the Journal of Committee of Accounts but
desire that it may be returned that we may go upon laying
the Levy. The Demand for such an Allowance we take to
be a new Imposition upon the Country and if there be any
small Mistakes in the Journal they may be rectified by that
Committee that apportions the Levy

House and delivers Mr Speaker the following Report Viz.

It's humbly offered to this Committee as an Aggrievance
that the Bounds of several Parishes in several Counties within
this Province are so uncertain that it hath caused several
Disputes between the Parishioners and Incumbents of the said
Parishes they being not bounded by natural Bounds or other-
