The House met again according to Adjournment. Called
over and the following Members were absent. Mr Trippe
and Mr Talbot sick and Capt Jones. Read what was done on
Saturday.
Bill against false packing Tobacco sent up to the Council
by Colo Ward and Colo Mackall.
They return and say they delivered the same
Colo Tilghman from the Council enters the House and
delivers Mr Speaker the Bill about false packing Tobacco &ta
Indorsed

Assistant to help in the Dispatch of several Matters before us
this Session We find you have mentioned the Person so
employed in the Journals of the Committee of Accounts and
wonder you should refuse to make him suitable Allowance for
his Service being what was never before refused by any
Session of Assembly
