wise which might be prevented if the Justices of each County
or the major Part of them had Power given them to deter-
mine such Disputes as aforesaid by ascertaining the Bounds
of such Parishes for the future and cause their Proceedings
therein to be entered on their County Records. All which is
referred to the Consideration of the House. And it's further
offered to this Committee as an Aggrievance that whereas
there has been several Disputes arose between the Vestry
and the Incumbent that is inducted into any Parish some con-
siderable Time after the laying the County Levy or such
Incumbent that shall remove himself before his year is com-
pleated what Part of the forty p Poll belongs to him that is
inducted as aforesaid or him that removes as aforesaid for
that year there being no Law to ascertain the same. All
which is referred to the Consideration of the House.

We have your Message by Colo Ward and thirteen more of
your House on Saturday last now before us and are surprized
to find after we had communicated to you her Majesty's
Royal Commands to the President wherein she declares she
expects you should Enact a Law for appropriating the ffines
on Ordinary Licenses to the Secretary's Office you should
instead of readily obeying her Majesty's Directions therein
expressed desire us to peruse your Address to her wherein
you offer your Reasons against it how far you think they may
