Joppa. We have heard considered and debated the same and
find no material Objections thereto, only its said the House is
not quite finished therefore Resolved That the Justices of that
County may proceed therein according to their Directions
notwithstanding the aforesaid Ordinance to which we desire
your Honours Concurrence
