Read and debated and Resolved the Petitioner lay before
this House on Monday Morning next an Account what the
Land was valued at by the Jury and what he sold the same
for and the House will then further consider thereof

Conferrees enter the House and report they are humbly of
Opinion that Colo Nathaniel Blackiston is a very fit Person to
serve the Country as an Agent and that his Salary be one
hundred and twenty Pounds Sterling p Annum during such
Time as he shall continue in that Station Which being read
and considered the House concur with the Conferrees and
sent up to the Council for their Concurrence by the Gentl.

Mr Docwra being sick has Leave to go Home.
Colo Tilghman from the Council enters the House and
delivers Mr Speaker Bill for Relief of John Cole agreed to by
the Council. Read again in the House and past for ingrossing.
Bill for Naturalization of Rich & Lamee agreed to but as
to Charles Pasteur Indorsed as follows Ordered the Bill for
Naturalization of Rich and Lamee be ingrossed.
Committee of Election & Privileges enter the House and
report that Mr Richard Colegate, Mr Thomas Hammond Mr
Edward Stevenson and Mr William Talbot the four Members
returned for Baltimore County are duly elected. Ordered the
counter Part of the Indentures be delivered the Sheriff of
Baltimore County.
The Referrence relating to the undertaker of the Building
of Baltimore County Court House and the Record of the
Agreement made for the same Read and debated and Resolved
the following Message be sent to the Council Viz.

more County Court House pursuant to the Ordinance made
last Assembly laid before the House the Agreement made
with him by the Justices for building that Court House at
