The Message on Reference about Magazine Houses Read
and debated Resolved the Arms and Ammunition continue
in the Officers Hands as formerly and that the House will not
further proceed therein

the Council to see him prove his Naval Officers Accounts.
They return & say they saw him sworn thereto
Ordered Richard Dallam be allowed a 1000 ^lb Tob^o for
recording each Journal to be paid him in Calvert County
Sheriff of Baltimore returns Indentures for M^r Colegate,
M^r Stevenson M^r Talbot and M^r Hammond four Members to
serve in this Assembly for that County who appeared in the
House and Ordered M^r Mariartee and Maj^r Hammond attend
them to the Council to see them sworn.
They return and say they saw them sworn and the said
Gentlemen took their Places in the House
Ordered the Committee of Election and Privileges go out
and enquire into the Indentures and report the same to the
House with all Expedition
