Col^o Holland, Col^o Tilghman, and Samuel Young, Esq^r from
the Council enter the House and inform M^r Speaker they are
appointed Conferrees by the Honble Council about an Agent
and are ready to attend the Members of this House thereon.
Ordered M^r Colegate be added to the Committee of Laws
and that he attend the same
Bill for Relief of Henry Acton of Prince George's County
Read the .first and second Time by special Order and will pass.

Sent up to the Council by Major Sprigg and M^r ffendall
They return and say they delivered the same.
Ordered That all such Summons as issue for any Evidences
to attend this House be signed by the Clerk of this House
directed to the Sheriff of the County where such Evidences
live and that the Sheriff make Return thereof and that the
Clerk and Sheriff be paid and allowed the same Fees for such
Summons and Services as is allowed for the same in the
Prov^l Court
Col^o Ennalls and Col^o Addison from the Council enter the
House and deliver M^r Speaker a Message and Papers relating
to Indians and ordered they be laid by till to Morrow.
