Mr Scott & four more brought up the Journal of the Com-
mittee of Accompts & following Message Viz.

By the House of Delegates
November the 9th 1713

We have caused the Errors in the Journal of the Committee
of Accompts to be rectifyed according to your Remarks We
pray your Assent thereto that a Committee may go out to
apportion the Levy We cannot agree to the allowing any thing
to the Clerk Assistant to the Clerk of the Council not taking
that very long Assembly in 1704 to be any Precedent.
Therefore we have appointed Mr Leach Mr Scott Mr Lloyd
Mr Stephenson & Mr Jowles to join the members of your
Board to apportion the Levy and desire they may meet
thereon to morrow morning

The said Journal of the Committee of Accompts was as-
sented to by this Board and the following message sent Viz.

By the Council in Assembly
November the 9th 1713

This Board have appointed the honble Col Charles Green-
berry and Col Wm Whittington to join with the members of
your House appointed to apportion the publick Levy and
have given them directions to meet your members on notice
of the Time & place where

The Lords Commrs of Trade's Letter of the I5th July 1713
being read directing the Treatys of Peace & Commerce with
France to be published in this her Majesty's Province Resolved
and Ordered that the said treatys of Peace & Commerce
between her most sacred Majesty and the most Christian
King be fairly copied out and with the Honble Presidents
Proclamation be transmitted to the respective sherriffs of the
Several Countys by them to be published in full County
Court that all Persons may take Notice thereof
The Board Adjourned until Eight of the Clock to. morrow
morning
