The Honble her Majesty's Council Sate Present as yesterday
The Bill for Relief of Debtors & ascertaining the manner
of Tenders in Tobacco being again read was thus Endorsed

By the Council in Assembly
November the 5th 1713

The Honble her Majesty's Council do concur to pass this
Bill with the Amendments and do desire that a Separate Bill
may be drawn & passed this Session for punishing such as
are guilty of false packing Tobo as proposed by your House
& sent by Col Ennalls & Col Tilghman

By the House of Delegates
November the 4th 1713

Our Sentiments relating to the present Treasurers are not
imaginary or groundless; nor is it only when the publick Stock
is over drawn that advance mony is required for prompt Pay-
ment But to shew your Honours we have no particular ill
Will or Grudge against those Gentlemen notwithstanding the
Complaints made to us We do again nominate & recommend
the Honble Saml Young Esqr and Col Thomas Smithson to
be Treasurers until this house with the Concurrence of the
honble Council shall discharge them therefrom provided they
give good Security to Account as oft. as called before this
House and not to exact any mony for prompt payment on
any pretence whatsoever and pray your Honours Concurrence
that you will please give Order to the Attorney General to
have the Bonds drawn accordingly
