Country you will find the Naval Officers are obliged to receive
that Duty and account therefore & pay the same to the publick
Treasurers. As to appointing & discharging the Treasurers
if you should persist in your opinion of your Absolute
Authority therein we wish you well to consider how far you
are able to proceed in it without the Concurrence of this

Mr Broom and Mr Charles Wright brought up the Bill for
relief of Debtors & ascertaining the manner of Tenders in
Tobo

Lt Col Macall and five others brought up Viz.

By the House of Delegates
Novemr 3d 1713

This House have resolved to address her Majesty and
remonstrate to the Lords Commrs of Trade & Plantations the
many and insupportable difficultys the Tobo Trade lyeth under
and desire the hon:ble Council will join with us in such
Address and appoint a member or two of their honourable
Board to join with some members of this House in drawing
up the same this Afternoon

The Members of this House are desirous to have part of
their Allowance for defraying their expences in mony and
desire to know if the honble Council will have any mony
alotted them & how much. Also that the publick Treasurers
lay before the Commrs of Accompts their publick Accompts
that the same Committee may close their Journal this day
