remonstrate to the Lords Comm^rs of Trade & Plantations the
many and insupportable difficultys the Tob^o Trade lyeth under
and desire the hon:ble Council will join with us in such
Address and appoint a member or two of their honourable
Board to join with some members of this House in drawing
up the same this Afternoon
