Matthias Vanderheyden & Mr Peregrine Frisby two other
Delegates for Cecil County to be qualifyed by taking the
Oaths according to Law Which the sd new chosen Delegates
did in their presence and signed to the Abjuration Oath &
Test & then withdrew
The honble John Dorsey Esqr one of the members of this
Board Sent his Letter desiring his Attendance might be
excused for a few days which was admitted of
The Council Adjourned till Eight of the Clock to morrow
morning

Wednesday October the 28th 1713

The Council Sate Present as yesterday with the addition
of Lt Col Greenberry
Resolved the following Message be sent to the House.

By the President & Council in Assembly
Oct. 28th 1713.

Gentlemen We have herewith sent you her Majestys Com-
mands in her Letter of the 20th of October 1712 & her Order
in Council of the 30th of March 1710 in favour of Sr Thomas
Lawrence Barrt

U. H. J.

Resolved the afd Message be sent to the Delegates by four
of the Members of this Board.
Accordingly the same was sent by Col Ennalls Samuel
Young Esqr Col Addison and Col Tilghman
Who return and say they have delivered their message
Mr Tyler and Mr Ennalls bring from the House of Delegates

By the House of Delegates
October the 28th 1713

We find by the Journalls of our House in November 1709
that we addressed her Majesty in full answer to Sr Thomas
Lawrence's Complaint by any thing that appears by her
Majestys last order this day transmitted us we cannot find the
same was ever presented to her Majesty We desire your
Honours to inform us if ever they were transmitted to England

To which the following answer was sent by Col Addison
Viz.
