The said Bill was again read at this Board and Endorsed
will pass & sent to the House by Col Holland

The sd Lt Col Gale & the three other members also brought
up an Engrossed Bill, impowering Thos Edmonson of Talbott
County Surviving Execr of his Father John Edmonson to Sell
& dispose of the Lands by the sd John Edmonson left for
payment of his Debts

Assented to by the House of Delegates

And a Bill confirming to Major John Hawkins and Henry
Wright of Queen Ann's County certain Lands therein men-
tioned

Assented to by the House of Delegates. Which said Bills
being read at this Board & assented to were sent to the House
by Col Coursey

Mr Ungle & three others bring up a Bill for the relief of
John Clements &c

Which being read at the Board was sent to the House by
Col Ennalls

The sd Members brought up the following engrossed Bills
assented to by the House of Delegs

A Bill to impower Commrs to appoint & cause to be laid
out three thousd Acres of Land on broad Creek in Somersett
County for the use of the Nanticoke Indians so long as they
shall occupy the same

A Bill confirming and making good & Effectual in Law a
certain Deed or Release made by Susannah Tracy to James
Heath of Queen Ann's County Gentleman. And

p. 718

A Bill to rectifve a mistake in the writing of the last Will &
Testamt of the Reverend Mr John Edwards late of Baltimore
County ded & for Settling an Estate of Inheritance in Fee
Simple on John Stoakes the Devisee in the Will named

Which Bills were read & assented to by this Board and
sent to the House of Delegates by Col Addison

And the Board adjourned until eight of the Clock to
morrow morning

The Council Sate Present as yesterday with the Addition
of Col William Whittington— & Phil Lloyd Esqr

Col Smallwood & Mr Greenfield bring up a Bill for the
Naturalization of David Paget his Wife & Children
