the Houses Address presented them on Wednesday last to
redress the Aggrievances complained of they pray their Hon-
ours to communicate the same to this House

M^r Tyler the third Time brought up the Petition of Prince
Georges County against Mount Calvert Ferry Endorsed by
the House of Delegates

Novembris 1^mo 1711

This House have allowed to their Clerk five hund^d pds of
Tob^o for his Fees upon occasion of this Petition and pray the
honble Council to ascertain their Clerks fees and to concur
with the Houses last Message

We have already ordered the Ferry at Mount Calvert not
to be longer continued at the County Charge — But think it
reasonable the Charge thereof may be assessed this present
year 1711
