18 Assembly Proceedings, Oct. 23-Nov. 3, 1711.

A Bill impowering Commrs to lay out Lands for the Nanti-
coke Indians
A Bill for the naturalization of Peter Sanders and others
and —
A Bill for investing Lands in Richd Bennet Esqr which said
Bills were read and agreed to & sent to the House by Mr
Young & Col Greenberry together with the Bill for reviving
the Act for Limitation of Officers Fees
Mr Tyler again brought up the Petition of the Inhabitants
of p. Georges County against Mount Calvert Ferry. Endorsed

p. 714

by the House of Delegates October the 31st
Ordered that the Justices of Prince George's County do not
presume to levy any Tobo on the County for keeping the
Ferry at Mount Calvert
And the sd Mr Tyler and Mr Lee say they are sent with an
Ordinance of Assembly relating to Mount Calvert Ferry and
the minute thereof in the Journal of the House of Delegates —
Octobr 27th Anno 1710 — in the folio 14 being inspected &
perused
This Board do not take the same to be any ordinance of
Assembly their Concurrence not being given or so much as
desired thereto
This resolve being Endorsed on the Petition was sent to the
House by Col Addison
Mr Philips & Mr Bordley brought up the Journal of the
Committee of Accompts Which was read & assented to by
his Board & returned to the House by Col Tilghman
Mr Greenfield & Capt Crabb bring up the Bill for reinvest-
ing a certain Tract of Land in Seawards Heirs.
Which being read at the Board is referred till the next
Session — The Lord Propry having no Agent at present to be
heard thereto according to former Order last Session
The afd Bill with the aforegoing Endorsmt thereon was Sent
to the House of Delegates by Col Addison
And the Board adjourned until eight of the Clock to Morrow
Morning

This House have appointed Mr Philips Mr Hill Mr Boardley
Mr Bradford & Mr Scott to join with some of the members of
her Majestys honble Council to apportion the publick Levy
