Arthur Young appraised to the Executors at near seven hun-
dred Pounds Sterling a great Part thereof to the Value of above
400 £ hath been sold for not above sixty Pounds besides ffees
and not long since two Negroes of John Hutchins appraised
at Sixty Pounds sold for thirty Pounds which is so intolerable
a Burthen that we cannot forbear mentioning it to your Honours
in hopes to incline you to consider of this Bill at this Time
and prevent such Evils by assenting to the Bill
