Arthur Young appraised to the Executors at near seven hun-
dred Pounds Sterling a great Part thereof to the Value of above
400 £ hath been sold for not above sixty Pounds besides ffees
and not long since two Negroes of John Hutchins appraised
at Sixty Pounds sold for thirty Pounds which is so intolerable
a Burthen that we cannot forbear mentioning it to your Honours
in hopes to incline you to consider of this Bill at this Time
and prevent such Evils by assenting to the Bill

They return and say they delivered the same
Ingrossed Bill confirming a Deed from Edward Hancox to
Sir Thomas Johnson
Ingrossed Bill for Naturalization of Samuel Guichard.
Both these Bills read and severally indorsed

House and delivers Mr Speaker Ingrossed Bill confirming
Colo Courts' Will
Ingrossed Bill investing Margaret Hollingsworth and Katha-
rine Wells into Land severally indorsed

Read and assented .to by her Majesty's Honble Council in
Assembly and
Signed p Order W Bladen Cl. Council

Colo Greenberry and Colo Addison enter the House and
deliver Mr Speaker Se ward's Bill absolutely rejected by the
